Before Zaxby's, Dave's, Cane's, Church's, or Chic-fil-a, there was Guthrie's. Born in 1965, they're the original chicken-finger-only restaurant. In fact, Guthrie's is where Todd Graves got his first college job.
But they weren't the first to perfect the chicken finger. They were the best. It's all thanks to their obsession with making the best dang chicken fingers you could put in your mouth. And you'll be just as obsessed once you try one.

So we partnered with them as their first every agency to create a campaign that shows off their obsession with chicken fingers and the obsession that their fans have with eating them. We used this campaign to open over 60 locations in the South East, celebrate their 60th anniversary, and build their brand from the ground up.

The founders of Raising Cane's and Zaxby's both worked at Guthrie's before going off and ripping off Guthrie's. The KFC declared a tender war. As the original chicken finger only restaurant, we had to stake our claim.

Introducing the most delicious ad blocker on the internet. This little chrome extension blocks ads and replaces them delicious footage of Guthrie's chicken fingers and sauce. Because no one likes ads, but everyone loves a chicken finger. Especially a Guthrie's chicken finger.

The campaign was received so well that a local artist and obsessed chicken-finger fan reached out to make a custom track, just for Guthrie's because of his love for the brand and their perfectly golden fried fingers.
